Description

A nod to the complex and harmonic expression of the notes that make up this masterpiece. It is a blend champagne produced exclusively in the Fleury vineyard with 60% Pinot noir grapes and 40% Chardonnay. The grapes were selected and picked manually from the 35-year-old vines. Partially aged in French oak casks, the wine will then age for several years in the bottle in the cellars of the House.

Tasting Notes

The color is shiny gold. Very beautiful harmonic palette with a great aromatic presence on flavors of brioche, lightly toasted bread, candied fruit on notes of quince and stewed belchard apple.

Food Pairing

Perfect as an aperitif but also throughout a meal to enhance turbots, Saint-Pierre, grilled squid Basque style, or white meats or even desserts such as peach Melba, pear Belle-Hélène or chocolate fondant.
