Description

The Boléro 2008 Extra-Brut champagne from FLEURY is a 100% pinot noir, with great structure and finesse. It has been vinified at 60% in thermo-regulated tanks and at 40% in oak barrels. The very nice harmony between the very low dosage and the acidity of this vintage all in freshness and unctuousness offers him a long keeping of 5 to 10 years. This champagne Boléro 2008 Extra-Brut from FLEURY will be perfect with a tartar of sea bream, or a filet mignon.

Tasting Notes

The bubble is crystal clear. The nose of this vintage is very rich and complex with notes of raisins, toasted almonds. We find these same aromas in mouth which are supported by a very pleasant saline minerality as well as aromas of citrus fruits.
