Returns and Refunds Policy

1. ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS

Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a return or exchange and cover the cost of shipping for damaged or defective items.

Incorrect Orders: If you receive the wrong product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for the return of the incorrect item and send you the correct product at no additional charge.

Change of Mind: Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns for items if you simply change your mind or if the product is unopened and in its original condition.



2. RETURN PROCESS

Return Instructions: Once your return is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the product. Returns must be sent to the address provided by our customer service team.

Packaging: Please ensure the product is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. Return shipping costs will be covered by us for damaged, defective, or incorrect products. For other returns, the customer is responsible for shipping costs.



3. REFUND AND EXCHANGES

Refunds: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item. You will be notified once your refund has been processed.

Exchanges: If you wish to exchange a product for another, please specify this when you contact customer service. Exchanges are subject to availability and will be processed once we receive the returned item.



4. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following items:

  • Opened or used alcoholic beverages
  • Products not purchased directly from Manila Wine
