Volcan De Mi Tierra - Añejo Cristalino Luminous | Mexican Tequila

Volcán De Mi Tierra Añejo Cristalino is an aged craft tequila made with 100% Blue Weber agave. It blends añejo and extra-añejo tequila from which the colour and wood flavour have been removed to highlight the intensity and aromatic character of the agave.

Its complexity lies in the blending of carefully selected blue agave from both the Highlands (Los Altos) and the Lowlands (El Valle) of Mexico. The Lowlands, in the shadow of the volcano, bring the earthy, spicy and herbaceous notes while the Highlands contribute a more rounded, fruity and floral flavour.

By using a new technique of charcoal filtration to remove the colour, Cristalino becomes a clear liquid with an unparalleled complexity of aromas and taste.
