Description
The grapes for this Cabernet Sauvignon were harvested by machine and by hand, depending on the vineyard. They were then fermented and macerated with their skins in a stainless steel tank to extract color, flavors and textures.
These processes were carried out using selected yeasts and controlled temperatures. Once fermentation is complete, the wine is aged for a few months in tanks to obtain greater smoothness, complexity and subtle notes of wood. Before being bottled, it undergoes a gentle filtration to remove sediments in order to highlight the varietal characteristics of the strain, obtaining a rich expression of fruit and round tannins on the palate.
