Description

The “Vintage Amboniacus” of Marguet is a Champagne that comes from Pinot Noir and Chardonnay from the village of Ambonnay, a Grand Cru of the Montagne de Reims. The first fermentation is done in barrique with indigenous yeasts and refermentation is done in the bottle according to the Champenoise Method. There is a minimal presence of sulfur dioxide, less than 25 mg/l.

Tasting Notes

COLOR:
Intense golden yellow.

NOSE:
Aromas of sweet yellow field flowers, chamomile, a hint of a lute from freshly harvested wheat fields, wet straw, and still medlar, ripe plum, citrus.

TASTE:
Full-bodied and intense, with a beautiful freshness, vertical and deep taste and beautiful persistence.
