A very special London-style dry gin made for the Lebensstern bar in Berlin's Cafe Einstein. The gin itself is made at the Freihof distillery in Austria.

Tasting Notes

COLOR:
Crystal clear.

NOSE:
Alpine elderflower, pear skin, eucalyptus and pine.

TASTE:
Pear and elderflower are very evident initially before pine notes of juniper cut with Taste drying cracked black pepper and orange zesty.

FINISH:
Floral and fruity notes are practically lost in a classic juniper and pepper gin Finish.
