Windspiel - Premium Dry Gin | German Gin

A German gin made with lovingly well-crafted potato spirit, using potatoes grown in rich volcanic soil. For botanicals they use a combination of juniper, lemon, ginger, coriander, lavender, cinnamon and a few secrets selections.
The raw alcohol distilled from our own potatoes forms the basis of Windspiel Premium Dry Gin. Combined with classic juniper berries, lavender, and coriander, our gin gives off the classic gin aroma with a delicate mildness. Ginger root, cinnamon bark and lemon peel as well as other botanicals give the gin its special character and have been formulated according to a secret recipe devised by the master distiller.
All the botanical used in the gin were introduced to complement each other perfectly and have been combined with regional ingredients. Exotic botanicals such as coriander, cinnamon and ginger contribute to the special aroma and release a moment of pleasure halfway between the familiarity of home and the exotic scent of faraway places. In this way, you have the best of both worlds.
Our gin is produced exclusively by hand in a time-consuming and traditional process. We want our moments of pleasure as unique and distinctive as possible. That is why we only produce small quantities and dispenses with industrial production processes. We also take care to include quality local ingredients.
