The Laphroaig 10-Year-Old Cinzano Import is a distinguished single malt Scotch whisky from the renowned Islay distillery, Laphroaig. Bottled in the early 1980s, this expression was specifically imported for the Italian market by Francesco Cinzano S.p.A. of Turin. Presented at 43% ABV in 75cl bottles, it is labeled as "Unblended Islay Malt," a term traditionally used to denote single malt whiskies.

COLOR:
Old gold to amber.
NOSE:
Prominent peat intertwined with citrus fruits and wild dark berries. Accents of smoky phenols, leather, and fine tobacco emerge, complemented by syrupy sherry notes and a hint of balsamic richness. Creamy vanilla underscores the aromatic profile, with invigorating citrus and orange nuances, and a touch of aged cedar wood infused with smoky tobacco.
TASTE:
An explosive entry featuring dried peat, deluxe sherry, and fruity berries. Flavors of cigars and fine cedar wood are evident, accompanied by a honey-balsamic sweetness and malty undertones. Additional notes include shoe polish, mint, eucalyptus, hazelnuts, and well-integrated wood, harmoniously balancing spicy sweetness.
FINISH:
Exceptionally long, with a recurring interplay of wood, malt, peat, smoke, tobacco, phenols, sherry, and cocoa.
