Lambay 20 Year Old is made from a blend of carefully selected Irish whiskey aged for a minimum of 20 years in a combination of bourbon barrels and cognac casks. The whiskey is then finished in French oak cognac casks sourced from the renowned cellars of Maison Camus, adding layers of complexity and richness to the final product. This meticulous aging process allows the whiskey to develop its unique flavor profile, characterized by notes of ripe fruit, warm spices, and oak.
