Description

A blended malt from the Lambay range, made with malts from a selection of Irish distilleries alongside its own single malt. A combination of bourbon cask maturation and a Cognac cask finish make up this one, and like all expressions from the distillery it's brought down to bottling strength with Trinity Well water.

Tasting Notes

NOSE: Digestive biscuits and freshly baked banana bread, with date sweetness alongside vanilla orchid.
TASTE: Gingersnap biscuits alongside berries and white chocolate sauce.
FINISH: Oily malt lingers alongside a touch of fig.
