El Occidental Mezcal Oaxaca is an artisanal spirit produced in the renowned mezcal-producing state of Oaxaca, Mexico. Crafted from 100% organic Espadín agave (Agave angustifolia), this mezcal honors traditional production methods. The agave hearts are roasted in earthen pits, crushed using a mechanical mill, fermented naturally in wooden vats, and distilled twice in copper stills.
