Tasting Notes
COLOR:
This champagne has a bright and clear, raspberry-pink color in the glass reminiscent of fresh rose petals. It is animated by fine and lively bubbles which forms a delicate array. Visually, the wine announces itself fresh and fine.
NOSE:
The first nose is elegant and mineral with notes of limestone and smoky limestone typical of our soil, enhanced by fruity notes of raspberry, wild strawberry, pomelo. After contact with air, it reveals honeysuckle, carnation, hazelnut, cherry, apricot and sweet spice notes.
TASTE:
The first contact on the palate is supple and fresh with a creamy and melted effervescence. The champagne develops a luscious and crunchy fruity palate, supported by an integrated pomelo acidity. The mid-palate is orchestrated by a marly-limestone minerality which gives fruitiness, lengthening to the palate with a crunchy sensation of purity and precision. Generally, the wine breathes the freshness and delicacy of the limestones, with iodized salinity and a chiseled fondant.
