This Philippine Gin is A Triumph
It’s called Archipelago Botanical Gin, or ARC, the flagship product of Full Circle Craft Distillers Co. True to its name, 22 of the 28 botanicals that comprise this gin are native to the Philippines, including fresh pomelo, dalandan, calamansi, dayap, mango, Sagada oranges, Benguet pine, sampaguita, ylangylang and kamia flowers. Truly, a lush alchemy of tropical botanicals, all in one stunning bottle with a distinctive label reflective of its provenance.

Slow distillation is needed to allow the full expression of each botanical. For ARC, this is achieved using a premium neutral spirit distilled from 100% premium wheat, in which the botanicals are distilled using gentle steam infusion via a vapor basket. Over the course of the eight-hour distillation process, the distiller meticulously monitors several factors that can influence the gin’s aromatic length, complexity, and finish. ARC was developed after more than four years of research and development in conjunction with a leading German master distiller.
