Description

The Yalumba Angas Brut Premium NV Cuvee has a very pale straw in colour, the lifted strawberry and cream and biscuit characters of pinot Noir contribute to the palate richness. This is counter-balanced by the citurs Chardonnay fruit structure and fine acidity of the wine. Bottle fermentation and ageing on yeast lees gives this wine complexity and produces dough and nutty flavours.

Tasting Notes

Fresh, lifted aromas of citrus, red apples and a hint of musk. The palate is lively and full of flavour with a creamy texture from extended time on lees, balanced by crisp, refreshing acidity.
