Description

Grapes are picked at low sugars and ripeness to make this delicate and juicy Rosé. Skin contact is kept to a minimum to ensure the beautiful light colour of the wine. Fermentation take place in stainless steel tanks and the Rosé is bottled soon after the fermentation is complete to capture its freshness.

Tasting Notes

Enticing notes of strawberries and cream, herbs de Provence and peaches on the nose leads you into more floral notes, winter melon and strawberry on the palate. All supported well by a creamy texture and the finish is beautifully dry and elegant, with a lift of acidity.
