"Le Rêveur" is a reference to the grandfather of Mathieu Deiss, who is the son of the renowned Jean-Michel. At the head of plots acquired from his uncle and his grandfather, he works the vines biodynamically and the wines with little or no sulphur. From a fifty-year-old vineyard planted with pinots (white, gray and black), this cuvée offers volume on the palate and flavors of ripe pineapple, honey, pear and candied lemon. Pleasure guaranteed with a Quebec cheese platter.
