Description

This 100% Riesling comes from vines with an average age of 45, planted in alluvial soil in Bennwihr. This vineyard of dreams is grown organically and biodynamically, and no yeasts are added during vinification. There is a one-year maturation on lees. A very low dose of sulphur is added during bottling. This wine is particularly fresh with a lovely acidity. Its palate is vibrant, much like the name of the cuvée.
