Viñas del Vero - Luces Shiraz - Tempranillo - Cabernet Sauvignon Somontano | Spanish Red Wine

The Tempranillo vineyards were harvested during the third week of September, while the Cabernet Sauvignon vineyards did not harvest until the first week of October. In both cases, the grapes were destemmed and crushed to subsequently refrigerate and vat them. In this way, the must macerated with its skins for 48 hours before beginning the fermentation process, which lasted for 14 days. Once the fermentation was finished, it was devatted and only the flower wines were used for the final coupage, which remained in barrels for 8 months. Subsequently, the wine was filtered and bottled. – Viñas del Vero Crianza shows a brilliant appearance, with an intense garnet color and a closed layer. On the nose it offers us expressive and forceful aromas, Ripe red fruit and elegant toasted notes that give it the noble character of an excellent aging. The sensations in the mouth begin with a soft attack, followed by an explosion of flavor on its way, which is friendly and pleasant. The persistence is long and elegant, leaving a pleasant memory that lasts over time.
