Description

The parcels of Semillon and Sauvignon Blanc grapes were crushed, fermented and matured separately in stainless steel tanks and then carefully blended before spending a short time on its lees in order to add richness and texture to the palate. The wine was then bottled relatively early so as to retain its aromatics and freshness.

Tasting Notes

A classic combination that marries the body and bright, citrus-fruit characters of Semillon with the lifted, herbaceous overtones of Sauvignon Blanc. The two varieties combine seamlessly to produce a zesty, easy-drinking wine with a fresh and lively finish.
