Description

Distilled in 2005 in pot and column stills, this Single Blended from Barbados was aged in Bourbon barrels under tropical weather for more than 11 years. Once in Europe, the rum was transfered into rum caskss for close to 2 additional years of maturation.

Tasting Notes

Intense, pepper, sweet tropical fruit, notes of tobacco, leather.

TASTE:
Full-bodied, intense, ripe bananas, pears, ginger, nutmeg, cinnamon.

FINISH:
Long lasting, fruity, vanilla, oak.
