The Macallan Classic Cut 2020 Edition is the fourth release in The Macallan's annual limited series, showcasing the distillery's commitment to crafting whiskies of unique character. For the first time in this series, the 2020 Edition explores the influence of ex-bourbon American oak casks, in combination with sherry-seasoned European oak casks, to create a distinctive single malt.

Tasting Notes

COLOR:
Sunlit straw.

NOSE:
Vanilla with candied orange peel and honey, sweet sultana, and raisin.

TASTE:
Fresh and oaky, with hints of honey, stewed peaches, caramel cookies, and white pepper.

FINISH:
Satisfyingly long, with warming oak and a sweet mouth-coating sensation.
