Description

This 35 year old, just 1,000 bottles of which will be released each year for the next five years, was matured in bourbon, Matusalem Sherry and Colheita Port casks. Presented in a Baccarat crystal decanter bottle, the stag is produced by Royal Warrant-holding Scottish silversmiths Hamilton & Inches.

Tasting Notes

NOSE:
Roasted Colombian coffee, liquorice, orange, molasses, morello cherries and ginger.

TASTE:
Tangy thick marmalade, spicy ground cinnamon, chocolate cake, roasted chestnuts and raisins.

FINISH:
Mango drenched in aged port wine, marinated plums and rich pineapple.
