NOSE:
Sweet and inviting, with prominent notes of honey, vanilla, and malty biscuits. Fresh orchard fruits—apples, pears, and a touch of apricot—add vibrancy, while soft hints of cinnamon and nutmeg provide subtle spiciness.
TASTE:
Smooth and well-balanced, the palate opens with creamy toffee and butterscotch, followed by flavors of ripe fruits and a delicate nuttiness. The sherry cask influence adds depth, with notes of dried fruit and a touch of citrus zest. A gentle layer of oak spice enhances the complexity without overwhelming the whisky’s natural sweetness.

Medium in length, the finish is warm and satisfying, with lingering notes of honey, malt, and a whisper of oak tannins.
