Description
A Texan bourbon created for Berry Bros. & Rudd's Texas Legation range. This is the second batch from the series, distilled by Ironroot Republic in Denison, Texas. They create their spirits predominantly using grain grown within 60 miles of the distillery and complete all steps of distillation on-site.
Tasting Notes
NOSE: Cinnamon gum, corn-on-the-cob with lots of butter, a bit vegetal.
TASTE: Fruitier than the nose, with notes of roasted apple and apricot. More BBQ char.
FINISH: Cayenne pepper and brown sugar.
