The palate contains racy notes of violet, lavender and graphite followed by mouthfuls of fresh berry fruit. Intense ripe blackberry and blackcurrant notes with fresh touches of delicate flowers. Clove and plum aromas with a slight cherry flavor and a nice roundness in the mouth. Balanced and fluid, its fresh acidity helps silky, ripe tannins to stand out. It has an aroma of blackberry, mocha and coffee plus a hint of licorice pastille.
