Description

Crafted entirely from Chardonnay grapes, this wine originates from the San Francesco vineyard at Tenuta Regaleali. The vineyard's deep, loamy, slightly chalky sandy soils impart structure, spiciness, and freshness to the wine. After handpicking in early September, fermentation occurs in 350-liter French oak barrels over 15 days, with partial malolactic fermentation. The wine matures for eight months in these barrels—70% new and 30% second-fill—followed by six months in the bottle.

Reveals complex aromas of pineapple, apple, peach, and citrus, complemented by hints of pear, candied pineapple, white chocolate, and brioche.
