The Hibiki 12 Kacho Fugetsu is part of the Hibiki hand painted limited editions range. The “Kacho Fugetsu” comes in a beautiful hand painted bottle to celebrate the beauty of Japanese nature.

The 12 year old Hibiki was introduced to the range in 2009, but was discontinued in favour of a new non-age statement Japanese Harmony as the entry level product in 2015. This limited edition bottling was designed to embody the beauty of Japanese nature.

Produced only in 2,000 bottles, this bottling is themed after Kacho Fugetsu - Japanese Kanji for flowers, birds, breeze, and moon. This beatifully designed, hand-painted bottle accurately embodies the beauty of Japanese nature.

Tasting Notes

NOSE:
Juicy marmalade with real chunks of orange, cooked apples dusted with cinnamon, thick honey and plum wine.

TASTE:
Crushed almonds, stewed fruits, clove-studded oranges. Sherried malt and a subtle core of oak.

FINISH:
Bright and flavoursome with crisp apple and citrus.
