Tasting Notes

NOSE: Subtle smoky oak intertwined with doughy malt, complemented by vegetal nuances, hints of root vegetables, coriander, and ground ginger.
TASTE: Dominated by oak, presenting a dry and youthful character with notes of sawdust, tart fruits, honey, and pepper, transitioning to a malty finish.
FINISH: Lingering flavors of lemon curd, cloves, waxy malt, and a touch of fresh pepper.
