Description

Siete Misterios Tobala is made with 100% agave Tobala. This agave is hard to harvest as it can grow in remote locations, and it is very small, meaning that it requires lots of harvesting to produce a very small batch. This mezcal demonstrates the versatility of the spirit as it represents flavors from across the palate spectrum. This mezcal is milled by hand and distilled in clay pots.

Tasting Notes

APPEARANCE: Clean, bright, with a great body, delicate pearls and silver toning.
NOSE: Delicate notes of bitter chocolate, tar, tobacco, dried plums and cooked agave; delicate smoky notes and an after flavour of chipotle pepper; hints of flowers and nutmeg.
TASTE: It confirms a personality full of spices, chocolate and tobacco; it has a very long lasting flavour and a sweet Finish. Recommended to let stand inside a glass to develop its aromas.
