Description

Siete Misterios Barril is made with 100% agave Barril, which is a member of the Karwinskii family. The agave Barril is named for its resemblance to a barrel once the leaves are cut from it and it is ready to be cooked. Typically, Barril offers more earthy and herbal tones. This mezcal is distilled in clay pots and all of the milling is done by hand.

Tasting Notes

VIEW: Crystalline and bright shades of silver and powerful body, smooth pearls.
NOSE: Delicate shades of butter, spices like cinnamon and anise, flashes of fruits such as soursop and lichtie, delicate tones of cooked agave and herbal steam, a delicate smoky note and incense.
TASTE: Powerful high retention in the mouth, confirms the spices, fruit and a Finish of roasted coffee and incense.
