Description

The winery we work with has great vineyards in Curico and Casablanca and our wine is a nice blend of the two. Casablanca is famed for it's white wines and here the cooling influence of the Pacific Ocean is significant, particularly in the evenings where the cool air flows uninterruptedly into the valley. Typically, Chardonnay from the area has a nice acidity and texture. Central Curico is a haven for most varieties and here the Chardonnay grapes enjoy the warm, stable climate ripening fully to give tropical fruit characteristics to our blend.

Tasting Notes

Ripe white peaches and mango on the nose with tight and structured mineral flavors on the palate. No oak, very pure, clean and crisp with bright tropical fruit.

Food Pairing

Perfect with poultry or fish dishes and creamy pasta bakes.
