Description

The grapes for this Merlot were harvested by machine and by hand, depending on the vineyard. They were then fermented and macerated with their skins in a stainless steel tank to extract color, flavors and textures. These processes were carried out using selected and controlled temperature yeasts. Once fermentation, the wine was aged for a few months in ponds to obtain greater smoothness, complexity and subtle notes of wood. Before being bottled, a gentle filtration to remove sediments, in order to highlight the varietal characteristics of the strain, obtain a rich expression of fruit and round tannins on the palate.

Tasting Notes

COLOR:
Ruby, with purple tones.

NOSE:
Aromas of red and black fruits, raspberry and cherry.

TASTE:
A juicy wine, with nuances of black tea that enhance the fresh, juicy red and black fruit flavors of this wine, such as raspberries and plums. With very gentle tannins, toasted notes appear at the end.
