Poggio Uliveto is an italian red wine with the Prugnolo Gentile and Canaiolo varietals from the San Fabiano winery in the Montepulciano appellation located in Central Tuscany.

Soil: Clay and sand of volcanic origin
Aging: Tonneaux of 20 hl and oak barrels of 500L for at least 24 months, then in bottle for 6 months.
