NOSE:
Sweet and warming confectionery notes of buttered pastry, caramelized almonds, and subtle undertones of praline and dried cherry. Floral honey and delicate herbal nuances linger, complemented by seasoned oak and pot still spices.
TASTE:
Rich and nutty with flavors of chocolate-coated hazelnut, salted caramel, fresh plums, and dried fig. Soft tannins harmonize with a creamy texture, revealing hints of orange marmalade and toasted oak.
FINISH:
Lingering pot still spices and fruit notes gradually fade, leaving the tawny seasoned oak to impart a lasting impression.
