Description

Cold and rainy winter, cool spring and very warm summer. The rains of September and October complemented the complete physiological and phenolic development of the grapes. Rigorous manual selection of bunches in small boxes, selected again in the winery.

Tasting Notes

100% Tempranillo, with soul and fruitiness. Ruby red wine, high intensity, clean, bright and with the presence of tears. Notes of ripe black grapes and aging in noble barrels, with aromas of black pepper, cloves and chocolate. In the mouth it is long, with weight and presence of the terroir. Complex retronasal with fruity memories. Evolving wine with potential for longevity.

Food Pairing

Pairs perfectly with beef, smoked meats, soft cheeses and international food: Mexican and Chinese. Serve between 18ºC and 20ºC.
