Description

This wine inspires with its elegant dry taste. It was bottled with exceptionally little residual sugar. As you can expect from a wine in the top wine range, this New Zealander delights with the finest balance, despite the dryness. Flavor doesn't necessarily need residual sugar. In the finish, this youthful wine from the New Zealand South Island wine-growing region delights with its considerable length. Once again there are hints of Gallia melon and white currant.

With the Mount Nelson Ram's Hill Sauvignon Blanc, a first-class white wine comes into the glass. Here he offers a wonderfully bright, light yellow color. If you give it some air by swirling, you can perceive a first-class balance with this white wine, because it is not watery, syrupy or liqueur-like on the glass walls.
