Description

60% wine from the reference year, 40% from reserved wine. The aging period in the cellar is 4 years. Subsequent bottle resting period after disgorging for 6 months.

Dosage: between 9 and 9.5 g/l.

Tasting Notes

The Brut Prestige Champagne is pale golden in colour. Its elegant and even effervescence ensures a beautiful, persistent perlage. The first nose immediately offers biscuit and fruity aromas (pear and plum). A fresh and sparkling attack followed by a nice depth that gives a creamy sensation on the palate. The finish is appetizing, complex and long, with a tart feel and very refreshing notes, characteristic of this terroir.

Food Pairing

As an aperitif with delicate small canapés or cheese sticks. At a meal, it is an ideal partner for white meat or light creamy cheeses.
