Plantation Vintage Edition Barbados 2007 is a premium rum that represents the exceptional craftsmanship of the West Indies Rum Distillery in Barbados, part of the Plantation Rum range created by Maison Ferrand. This vintage rum is distilled from molasses and aged for 9 years in the tropical climate of Barbados in bourbon casks before being transported to France for further aging in small French oak casks for an additional 2 to 3 years. This double aging process enhances the complexity and depth of the rum, resulting in a sophisticated and well-rounded spirit.
