VINEYARDS:
Exclusively from a small selection of Barbera grapes coming from the oldest vines of our Family-owned Mosconi vineyard in Monforte d’Alba. “Fides”, or “faith” in Latin, continues to represent the great longtime faith of our Family in the Barbera grapes planted and grown in very prestigious areas. Fides has been enriched by “Vigna Mosconi” and “Barbera d’Alba Superiore” appellations.
VINIFICATION:
In stainless steel. Skin contact maceration for 30 days.
AGING:
Immediately after racking, for 12 months in large oak “botti”; a small amount in French oak barriques as well.
