Tasting Notes

NOSE:
Seaweed and soot, with a light hint of raspberries tucked away underneath.

TASTE:
Thick waves of earthy smoke with a touch of oatcake. Black liquorice and sea salt.

FINISH:
Smoked cheese, toasted rye and green apple.
