Martin Miller's - Westbourne Strength | England Iceland Gin

First launched in 2003, Martin Miller's Westbourne Strength Dry Gin was a response to requests by ‘mixologists’ for a version of Martin Miller’s Gin that would give a more ‘old school’ authenticity to their classic repertoire of cocktails and help them create more complex, fully-flavoured inventions. Martin Miller’s response was a gin with its emphasis on the spicier, peppery notes of cassia and nutmeg along with a higher strength.
From the launch it enjoyed an underground cult status as the bartender’s favourite, it became something of a closely-guarded secret among the bar fraternity.

HISTORY:
Martin Miller’s Gin has won more than 100 Medals in total, including the Most top medals in the last 10 years at the most important competitions – ISC, IWSC and San Francisco. It was awarded the BTI’s highest and second highest ever gin scores: 97 points with Westbourne Strength and 94 points with Original, a record held from 2003 to 2015, and it is with this consistent quality that it has grown to become the world’s largest independent gin brand.
Both literally and emotionally for the founders, the product, the company, and the fans, it has been a journey of ”romance and adventure”.
