The Eminencia Sherry Pedro Ximénez is an Old World wine throughout, because this Spaniard exudes an extraordinary European charm that clearly underlines the success of wines from the Old World. After the harvest, the grapes reach the winery in the fastest way. Here you are selected and gently ground. Fermentation is then carried out at controlled temperatures. The Eminencia is traditionally developed using the Solera method in oak wood.
