Description

The Marques de Griñon winemaking philosophy is based on preserving the organoleptic values of each variety, applying the principle of minimum handling and performing the essential operations.

Aged for 22 months in American oak barrels, (the first nine months in new oak and the rest in five-year Bordeaux barrels), followed by 18 months of aging in the bottle.

NOSE:
Aromas of ripe fruit, with salty notes.

TASTE:
A well balanced palate, with body and ripe tannins. Soft mouth and long finish.
