Description

The harvest, 100% destemmed, is vinified in a small cement vat. The maceration, at high temperature, allows an extraction of the potential of the grapes, to obtain supple and silky tannins necessary for the guard in the very long term. Only free run wine is used for this plot selection.

Tasting Notes

COLOR:
Very intense garnet red with purple reflections in its youth.

NOSE:
Ripe fruits, smoked.

TASTE:
Powerful, velvety tannins, blackberry jam. Depending on the vintage, the wine can be kept for 30 to 60 years, or even 50 to 75 years.
