Description
Ensamble No.1 is a small-batch mezcal crafted with meticulous attention to detail and a deep reverence for the land. The mezcaleros of Los Vecinos del Campo hand-select ripe agave hearts, known as piñas, from their family-owned fields, ensuring only the finest quality plants are used in the production process. These piñas are then roasted in earthen pits, fermented naturally, and distilled in copper alembic stills, allowing the unique flavors of each agave varietal to shine through.
