Description

This beer contains 15% apple juice. Pours a hazy beige-white-yellow colour looking like pear juice. Great fruit smell (apples, pears), almost candyish. The head is white, slightly creamy and leaves good lacing, and a ring around. Tiny bubble carbonation that is nice and soft. The taste is pretty mild, but quite refreshing and delicious. Again, the apples and pears flavour mix well. Quite good (probably for summer), and too bad this one does not come at the SAQ as a regular brew. Recommended for those who like mild fruit beers.
