The intense and fruit driven Leaping Lizard Shiraz is a crimson hued wine. The stylish bouquet exhibits blueberry, blackberry, Satsuma plum and spice fragrances. The juicy and flavoursome palate is a fusion of berries, plums and dark fruits, enhanced by the suppleness of mouth filling tannins. This wine is ideal for consumption both upon release, as well as within a cellaring term of 5 years. This medium bodied Shiraz pairs well with roasted lamb shanks and rosemary jus.
