Description

Benjamin Laroche is of Chablis origin, his family has exploited this terroir since 1663 and has created a Estate considered since 1850 as one of the jewels of the appellation. From working in the vineyards during his youth to the commercial management of several wine companies, he traveled around France and the world and knew how to identify the desires and needs of the most demanding amateurs.

Tasting Notes

The La Manufacture Chablis has a bright pale colour with some greenish hints. Typical nose of lemon with a slight mineral touch. Vigorous and tensed mouth with a deep intensity and clear aromas.
