Description

The Kotsuzumi Rojoh-Hana-Ari Tohka Junmai-Daiginjyo Sake is a gold-medal, award winning sake brewed using sake rice from Hyogo Kita-Nishiki.

The estate-grown Hattan Nishiki rice is milled to 50%, a local varietal to the Tamba area where Kotsuzumi is located.

“Tohka” has a comfortable sweetness derived from rice umami, viscous berry and fennel notes. An excellent food sake but compelling enough to enjoy and contemplate on its own.
